Creating and Connecting as a Way of Living

There are moments in life when the path ahead feels clear: mapped, structured, predictable. And then there are the moments that truly shape us: when the path is not something we plan, but something we walk into, step by step, allowing it to reveal itself along the way.

This is how Carpe Diem Holistic has grown. And this is how most of our projects develop: not from rigid plans, but from presence, intuition, and connection.

Following the Call of Wild Places

Again and again, we find ourselves drawn to raw, untamed landscapes; places where nature speaks loudly and distractions fall away.

Patagonia is one of those places.

There is something about its vastness, its winds, its silence, its wildlife… something that strips everything back to the essential. It is not just a destination: it is a mirror, a teacher, an experience that asks you to slow down and truly see.

And in many ways, it reminds us of other remote lands that have shaped us in the past, like the wild, expansive coasts of Australia. Places where the rhythm of life is guided not by urgency, but by tides, light, and presence.

These landscapes don’t just inspire us: they call us into creation.

Meaningful Encounters & Evolving Collaborations

As we move through these spaces, something beautiful continues to happen: we meet people who are walking a similar path, and collaborations arise naturally.

In Patagonia, this has taken form through connections with local guides, talented artists, and initiatives like Proyecto MaRes, whose work reflects a deep commitment to the ocean, conservation, and community. These encounters remind us that what we are building is not just about travel; it is about relationships - with people, with places, with purpose.

Where Art, Travel, and Life Intertwine

Along the way, artistic expression has become an integral part of our journey.

From underwater imagery to audiovisual projects, from intimate gatherings to immersive events, we’ve witnessed how art opens a space for reflection, emotion, and connection (both individually and collectively).

Art allows us to process what we see, what we feel, and what we live.

It becomes a bridge between the external world and our inner landscapes.

In times where the world can feel uncertain, heavy, or fragmented, art offers something deeply needed:

  • A way to pause

  • A way to feel

  • A way to remember what matters

It is not just expression: it is medicine.

Creating as a Way of Living

For us, creating is not separate from living.

Every retreat, every journey, every collaboration is an act of creation:

  • Designing experiences that invite presence

  • Holding space for transformation

  • Capturing fleeting moments through image and story

  • Bringing people together in meaningful ways

And sometimes, creation takes the form of something unexpected—like an artistic event, a short film, or a gathering born from a shared vision.

These are not always planned.
They emerge.

New Projects, Gently Unfolding

Right now, we find ourselves in one of those in-between spaces: where seeds have been planted, but not everything has fully taken shape yet.

New retreats.
New collaborations.
New creative projects.

Some are already in motion, others are quietly forming beneath the surface.

And instead of rushing to define everything, we are choosing to trust the process.

Walking with Trust

There is a quiet courage in not having all the answers.

In allowing life to surprise you.
In saying yes to what feels aligned, even when the outcome is unknown.

This is the path we are walking.

A path guided by:

  • curiosity

  • connection

  • creativity

  • and a deep respect for the natural world

And with every step, we are reminded that what we are building is not just a collection of trips or experiences: it is a way of being.

This recent interview with Radio Lu17 offers a glimpse into that unfolding path: from the waters of Patagonia to the wider world, from personal journeys to a shared commitment to conservation, creativity, and conscious travel. An Invitation

If you feel called to explore, to slow down, to reconnect… to experience travel as something deeper, more intentional… we invite you to walk part of this path with us.

Because sometimes, the most meaningful journeys are not the ones we plan,
but the ones we allow to unfold.
