Freediving Courses
We offer Wave 1 (beginners) and Wave 2 (intermediate) Molchanov courses, designed to give you a good insight into the freediving world: theory revisions, breathing workshops, specific stretching routines, and then practical parts in the water…
Whether you're just dipping your toes into the world of freediving or seeking to stretch a bit further the boundaries of your aquatic capabilities, our Molchanovs courses offer an immersive experience where theory meets practice, and you meet the depths of the ocean and within yourself.
Wave 1
In this first course, beginners are gently introduced to the fundamental principles of freediving, laying a solid foundation upon which to build their aquatic skills. All the needed Molchanovs studying material is sent beforehand so that the theory revisions lead by our team ensure that the essential concepts and safety protocols are understood.
The real treasure though are the practical exercises we do together (all in all, most of freediving is about FEELING and practicing): guided relaxation and body scans, visualization techniques, breath work, dry breath-holding tips and more… and this is all even before touching the water!
Beneficial stretching routines are shown to students, and then the water time is shared between static apnea, dynamic apnea and open water sessions… read our FAQ and follow our blog to know more about each of those activities, or simply drop us an email and come try in person to know all about it!
The course is scheduled to build upon several layers of knowledge and add new skills with each session, so that you may gain confidence with each step and eventually be able to gracefully move beneath the surface with ease.
Wave 2
This is where intermediates are welcomed to deepen their understanding and refine their skills, building upon the foundation laid in Wave 1. Through theory revisions and more in-depth practical exercises and warm-ups, participants are invited to explore the nuances of freediving with a more critical and mature eye, refining their knowledge and leading to new depths (literally and metaphorically speaking).
More advanced skills like the freefall are introduced, and the final aim of this course is to allow you to evolve into more independent and aware freedivers.

Aquatic Bodywork

During a session, a rhythmic synchronicity is established between practitioner and receiver, guided by the ebb and flow of breath, movement, and state of mind.
